Background
The Thomas Irvine Dodge Nature Center is an environmental education and habitat restoration organization located on 462 acres in St. Paul, MN. Getting people to engage with nature and visit the Center in today’s busy world is a challenging proposition. As a non-profit company with limited marketing and advertising funds, Dodge Nature Center needed a marketing roadmap with strong strategic focus and prioritized initiatives.
