Gopher Resource – Expanding a 70-year-old brand.
Background
Gopher Resource is a 70-year-old national environmental solutions provider and industry leader. It wanted to strengthen its brand and grow awareness of its positive environmental impact. In a complex and highly regulated industry, management saw an opportunity to increase visibility in proactive, strategic ways.
Challenge
Grow awareness of Gopher Resource – what it does and the value it provides – to increase positive perception of its brand, especially within its immediate communities.
Solution/Deliverables
Activated Growth gained insight from internal and external key stakeholders. We then developed a strategic plan to refine and promote the brand by establishing clear and consistent marketing messaging and materials – online and offline, internally and externally.

Results
We used a multi-tactic approach to reinforce a strong brand, backed by awareness marketing and advertising that communicates Gopher Resource’s commitment to the community and the environment. We also developed an industry-leading website that has noticeably boosted website metrics across the board: visitors, page views, pages per session, visitor duration and more.
