Special Note for Minnesota Residents
If you are a resident of the State of Minnesota:
- The Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA) takes effect July 31, 2025.
- The law grants additional rights, including the right to challenge profiling decisions that result in legal or otherwise significant effects.
- The law applies if a business controls or processes the personal data of 100,000 or more Minnesota consumers in a calendar year, or derives over 25% of its gross revenue from the sale of personal data and processes data for 25,000 or more Minnesota consumers.
- While Activated Growth is based in Minnesota, these thresholds are relatively high, and small business exemptions may apply.
We are committed to respecting the rights of Minnesota residents and will comply with the MCDPA if and when it applies.
