When George Dental Group acquired Cedar Valley Dental in July, they wanted to celebrate and get the word out to the public in a positive way. As their marketing and PR agency, Activated Growth stepped in to develop a public relations strategy. The strategy included not only PR, but also employee relations and patient communications. When change occurs in an organization, it’s critical to align all of the business components with clear, consistent and positive messaging. Letters and emails were sent to current patients, announcements were posted in the clinics and team meetings took place with employees to share the great news with everyone and support an open line of communication.

To spread the word beyond current patients, Activated Growth leveraged our media connections and secured an interview for Dr. Stanton and Dr. Ryan, resulting in an article in the Apple Valley SunThisweek. The article does a great job of telling the background and emotional story of the acquisition and strong relationship between Dr. Stanton and Dr. Ryan.
