To develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that would:
- Identify and clarify key stakeholders – parents, school staff, pediatricians, therapists – and their needs.
- Define Aris Clinic’s brand attributes and company values centered on the founder’s mission of helping kids return to healthy, stable and productive lives, one hand at a time.
- Clarify and strengthen Aris Clinic’s brand messaging and visual identity to appeal to all stakeholders.
- Apply that knowledge to the creation of the visual branding in the launch of new marketing materials and patient communication pieces.
Solution
Activated Growth gained insight from Aris Clinic’s internal stakeholders, in addition to reviewing the competitive and market landscapes. We then followed our strategic methodology to define Aris Clinic’s brand attributes, values and brand identity. With the foundation in place, we developed the company’s new logo, color palette and tagline. Next, we defined clear brand guidelines and developed key brand assets. We came full circle by creating clear, consistent and engaging messaging and communication materials that brought the brand to life – online and offline, internally and externally.

In addition, our efforts led to the successful multi-channel launch of an integrated Aris Clinic brand awareness campaign to coincide with the opening of its second location! The clinic’s new look, tagline and messaging now seamlessly align with the company’s passion for empowering healing and hope.

This included a major feature story highlighting Aris Clinic’s services, growth and success in helping kids and their families return to healthy, stable lives. The media coverage further helped to position Aris Clinic as a leading resource on the topic of children and mental healthcare.
Metrics
With the new branding in place, Aris Clinic is seeing great results! Social media engagement is up, with posts receiving more than 350 Facebook engagements (30% over the previous highest post). Organic website traffic has increased more than 32% over the same period last year and the latest external audience e-newsletter had a 28% open rate. Best of all, patient volume is at an all-time high.
